Five Colour Model
As the five member organizations began our discussions about “deep and generous collaboration” in missions, we developed the five colour model as a framework. The members can choose which areas they want to explore, depending on what might be most helpful to them.
Global Missiology (Green)
Global Missiology drives everything that we do. It’s where theology, global trends and missions strategy converge.
GOer Services (Yellow)
Each member organization serves and supporters the workers we send out around the world. GOer Services addresses how we can do that with excellence.
SENDer Services (Orange)
The members also desire to serve SENDers–the local churches, donors and other missions supporters that make up a fully functioning sending team. SENDer Services helps us develop excellent resources to support and encourage these advocates.
Ministry Support Services (Purple)
Undergirding everything are the administrative pieces that keep our organizations functioning well such as receipting, technology and communication.
Leadership and Coordination (Blue)
Rather than being on top, Leadership is in the middle, showing that it holds all the other pieces together.
